Hunger Games Costume Tour Stop at Emerald City Comic-Con This Weekend!

Emerald City Comic-Con in Seattle is THIS weekend!

This of course will be the first stop on The Hunger Games costume tour! Fong Sam, head organizer of the tour, was interviewed on last Monday's HG Fireside Chat! But, if you want to see some of the costumes this weekend in Seattle you'll have to attend Emerald City Comic-Con!

They are ALMOST sold out for the event, but FRIDAY ONLY tickets are still available!

Capitol Couture Launches Again!

Looks like Capitol Couture is up and running again! We've been keeping our eye on it lately since it has recently just been this symbol:

In order to access CapitolCouture.PN, you'll have to watch carefully the dotted line zipping around the design in a pattern. It's much easier if you have a touch device, just trace your finger along the path. If you're on a computer, click where it starts and drag the mouse along the pattern and let go at the end. It might take a few tries so be patient! Once your in, you'll be seeing this page:

"Chins up. Smiles on. Prepare to spring into the Capitol."

Hmm.. interesting.

We also found the site description: "It's a new year & you know it's going to be oh so Capitol"

Jennifer Lawrence Oscar 2013 Roundup

'Atta girl!! Hunger Games fans around the world tweeted their literal tears from the news of Jennifer Lawrence winning Best Actress at The Oscars last night. We were very touched to hear so much support from fans, and the feeling is mutual as we sort of feel like very proud parents. Congratulations, Jennifer! We could not be happier and of course we wish you ALL the success in the world.


Jennifer's Dior dress was out of this world, and somehow it didn't seem like the night would be complete without Jennifer tripping on stage. This is so endearing to us, probably because we feel that Jennifer is a good representation of what we would be like if we were in her position.

At last we have a date for The Hunger Games coming to Netflix Instant! According to Movies.com, the streaming service will have The Hunger Games added to their library on April 2nd. Rejoice!
