The Capitol announced today that Effie Trinket is the official 'face' of China Glaze by unveiling the ad campaign for the upcoming line of nail polishes CAPITOL COLOURS.

Names and Colors Confirmed for the Colours from the Capitol China Glaze Line

Check out the official names and colors for the Hunger Games nail polish line with China Glaze. They are inspired by the sights and sounds of The Capitol!

They will become available March 1st, 2012.
